In Sodexo Justice, we aim to change lives for the better by operating safe, decent, and secure prisons. We rehabilitate those in our care and provide purposeful activity, employment, education, and rehabilitation services. We support offenders to lead law-abiding lives in their community on release.

At HMP Northumberland, we run the full prison operations including Prison Custody Officers, integrated Facilities Management, and we provide rehabilitation services, resettlement programmes, offender behaviour programmes, education and skills development, vocational training, and workshops and industries. 

We work in partnership with many different organisations and charities to improve the outcomes for the those in our care. Our partners share our vision and help us to achieve our aim to change lives for the better.

Our prison population demographic is complex and diverse, but our regime offer caters for everyone.
